APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.  For all cancellations after 24 hours or no call / no show in advance other than for emergencies a 50% charge on the service booked will be imposed. Please give as much notice as possible so that we can schedule people that are on our waiting list. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 50% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification. If cancellation payment declines, balance owed is required before booking again. Please note there is a 15 minute late policy, which states: If you're more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, you'll be marked as a no-show which could result in a reschedule on all or part of your services. Please call us if you are running late so we can best accommodate you.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

There is an additional charge for mobile services ($100) greater than 20 miles radius. Pending Nurse availability.
